I live in NM and I am soooooo interested in a Bichon for my twin girls and son. We are interested in a female and there arn NOT very many breeders here in NM. I have been researching this breed on the internet for about 5 months now. We are a middle class family and I am not able to spend $1000 on a dog for my family. My girls have bad eczama and we need a dog that does not shed. If you could give me ANY valuable info on how to adopt one, please let me know.
