How often do you groom your bichon?

How often to you have your bichon groomed? Do you do it yourself or bring them to a groomer?

On grooming my Bichon-
We have her ‘done’ every other week. We have this awesome groomer “Paws Around Town”,
that comes to our house and gives her the whole treatment. It is the only way we can keep her coat long and keep it from getting matted.
I groom my Two Bichon Girls Anywhere from 2 to 3 times a week. Got to keep them beautiful ! : )
you are suppose to do it every 4-6 weeks if not your dog will end up looking like that bella
I have Manny’s hair cut really short every 8 weeks or so, and then I brush him all the time … nearly every day. I know Manny needs to go to the groomer when it’s time for me to go to the salon.

I watch Dogs 101 on animal planet alot and just from expirence I say you should get your bichon every 6-8 weeks! I love bichons!
